Question: Help... im 16 and a lil overweight..?
okay so i am overweight. today i went to the mall baught me some cute outfits from hollister. like shirts and stuff. they fit fine but a lil snug to my body. how can i calm my curves and lose weight. ive been doing crunches trying to make my stomach smaller, i also have big thighs. how can i lose the weight and get them into shape.?.? please give me a strict diet plan. no pills,juice, anything sold online. i want it to be natural. ive tried hydroxycut but it didnt work very well. it made me sick! please what shuld my excercise plan be.? eating plan.?.? please make a good plan. thank you soo much!

Okay, so the point is to eat healthily and exercise. If you go on a strict diet, you will most probably give up fast. Do you think you can survive by just eating carrots every day.? It would be really hard for me. As for exercises, basic exercises would be enough to slim down such as jogging, swimming and dancing. Try to do it often and for at least 30 minutes every time.
