I've recently lost weight, I used to b 115. But even after that I can't help but look at other girls who are tiny and think " Oh wow I feel fat", ya know.?Health Question & Answer

Obviously your weight tells you that you are thin, not fat AT ALL, one tiny bit.

I'm a twig, but I can still look in the mirror and find lots of fat spots and think that I look disgusting. But on those 'fat days' I immediately push those thoughts from my mind and tell myself "no, you weigh 105 pounds, you are obviously NOT fat, at all. The scale does not lie, you're just overreacting. You are actually very very skinny, you just can't tell because you're so used to looking at yourself, so quit worrying. Chill out."

You're almost underweight, to be honest. 107 pounds is right on the borderline. Weigh anyless and you would be medically classified as underweight. I think what you really need, is to accept and love your body for what it is. We can't all look like supermodels. It's not always in our genetics. If you don't exercise, I'd start. Don't exercise to lose weight though, make sure you're eating a healthy balanced diet, especially if you're doing a lot of cardio you don't want to be shedding pounds. I would try weight lifting. You might actually gain weight, but in muscle. And you'll find yourself looking more toned. If that still doesn't work, you need to work on positive thinking. If your telling yourself your fat, you probably have a body image issue and your just bashing your self with negativity. Start telling yourself everyday I look great, I have a slim and sexy body. It will sound like the biggest lie you ever told yourself. But after you say it enough, you're gonna believe it. And you're gonna be a lot happier.Health Question & Answer
