Idk, I've never done Weight Watchers but hear me out...

Counting calories is not the way to go. Because that means your "going on" a diet. Which means your going to "go off" a diet. In which 80% of people gain back the weight they lost.

The best way to go is to eat 5 SMALL meals a day. Mostly the bottom portions of the Health Pyramid. This increases your metabolism. You should be eating a lot of fruits and vegetables. These fill you up and are very healthy for you, and a little bit of protein with every meal. (Homemade fruit smoothies with protein powder in them are great.)

You also should be doing 30 minutes of Cardiovascular work a day, including running, jump roping, uphill biking etc. Anything to get you moving and your heart rate up.

Results are kinda slow at first but if you keep it up you can loose a ton! Just stick with it.Health Question & Answer
