am 5'3'' n weigh 63kgs. i burn around 300 calories on avg perday on treadmill. does this serve the purpose. am not on any kinda diet..i love food..and cant resist eatin. how to lose that excess flab.?.?.?Health Question & Answer

Hey, well I use to wiegh a lot. I started doing 25 lunges each leg and ab work outs. I lost 3 inches in each thigh and and 6 inches in my hips. I lost 40 lbs and i too didnt diet I just eat normally but did these workouts every night plus I started to take my dog for a walk every night and ran up and down the stairs to a 2 minutes song that I liked and counted each time I went up as one time and every time I did it to see if I improved.Health Question & Answer

There is only one way, and that is to raise your metabolism. You do this by building your muscle mass. When you have more muscle mass, you burn more calories ALL the time! Even when you are sitting around, but also when you are doing cardio. So lift weights to tone allover your body, and this will eliminate the excess fat & you will look great. If you've only got time to do one, weights or cardio, do the weights because raising your metabolism will do so much more to help you lose flab then running yourself ragged on a treadmill! You won't have to resist eating but have to do workout to burn the calories.I was 100kgs and i lost about 25kgs in three months,not by resisting my diet but by doing workouts and yoga.butterfly(a yoga workout) is verygood to shape the thighs and hip.If you love to play games i will suggest you to join any badminton club.If you will play half an hour daily itwill help you lot.PLAYING BADMINTON IS THE BEST WAY TO REDUCE WEIGHT FROM THIGHES AND HIPS.Health Question & Answer

"TASTE IT BUT DO NOT FINISH IT" i mean dont kiil ur pallet but dont even overload it such as sweets have a little of it and love ur food and de taste this works since even i was a daam faat bull at time i feel insted of loosing weight tone ur body if u dont exercise go hit the gym we just make excuse dat i cannot manage time after work where as we have got lots of time after it i use to work for 12-14 hrs a day while my industrial traning in hotel but then to i use 2 make up my mind and hit da gym every day so insted of just treadmill try geeting varity of workout such as weight traning(not necessary heavy weight like hulk hogan) cross traning and a bit outdoor try climing stairs insted of fussing in elevader brisk walk after ur each meal and most most imp thing drink atleast 4-5 lts of water.... if worling out belive in ur trainer and respect them dont excuse ur workout plz "STOP FAT STAY FIT" TAKE CARE BE IN TOUCHHealth Question & Answer

eat chapatis at night everybody would like it eat before 2hrs of sleep so u won t be obsessed with fat then when u take biscuit try to take fibre biscuits while eating u need not reduce the amount of food eat but eat with time intervals that is not all food at once it may look difficult but try it then walking is good but if time permits Health Question & Answer

im not exactly sure on losing the wight, but i would recommend doing squats or box squats (see technique). if you do many reps at a time with a low weight amount, the muscles in your quads will get more toned.Health Question & Answer
