it gets alot worse if you completely ignore your cravings, but by indulging a little bit can help you get over them

also go get addicted to a computer game, or start a blog, do something that will occupy your time to keep your mind off food

Ugh I'm having the same problem. What I do is whenever I get one of those cravings I really think about eating the food instead of just mindlessly going to get it. I think to myself "Is it REALLY worth it.?". That usually works for me, but on the chance it doesn't I find something to occupy myself...go work out, clean, do some homework, pick up my knitting, work on my scooter, anything that keeps my hands and mind off of food!
