Question: A couple of questions please.?
Ok so I know its important to eat breakfast....I am on a diet trying to lose 25 lbs....so anyways I woke up this morning at 7:15am and had to be in work at 8am so I had no time to make breakfast but it is now 9:0am and I have an oatmeal. Its abtou 200 cals...is it too late to eat breakfast now since I woke up almost 2 hours ago.? OR should I eat it.? Or just wait for lunch.? Oh and also, I lost 10 lbs already by dieting alone, so if I throw some exercise in there will I start to lose the rest of the weight.??Health Question & Answer

you are absolutely correct. adding cardio now will kick your metabolism into another gear. and your body will burn up additional calories. add that to your caloric deficit due to your diet and you'll continue to lose fat. this is called progression! that is how we avoid plateaus. our bodies love homeostasis which is basically whatever it thinks is normal. so we have to always keep adding new stimulation to keep losing addtional fat.
