How do I reduce my appetite?!


Question: How do I reduce my appetite.?
I jog for 30 minutes 4 times a week.
i do 3 sets of 10 reps of bicep curls.
I do 3 sets of 10 reps to work my quads out.
I do 3 sets of 10 reps to work my abs out.

Yet, I eat a lot of food and drink lots of beer fridays and saturdays.
So, I still weigh 173 and am 5 foot 8.
How do I get down to 155.?

Sounds like your workout routine is great. What you want to do is eat 6 small healthy meals through out your day. Eat about every 2-3 hours. This way when it comes time for lunch & dinner your not inhaling alot of food. Drink more water. A trick you can try to help reduce the amount of food you eat is: Chug down a glass of water before you eat that way you will get full quicker and it wasn't b/c you over ate. another thing is you don't want to keep eating even after you feel full. Last but not least, think about not drinking beer for a while. My husband & I like to have a few drinks on fridays and or saturdays and my husband is not about to stop that so if your not up for that...I hear ya! But if you want to loose that weight, not drinking just for a few weeks will get you started in the right direction. Take Care!Health Question & Answer
