Question: I need a unhealthy way to lose a large amount of weight within a year..?
This is for me...not to please anyone but myself. I am no longer worried about guys or if I am too fat for them ect. At the age of 21 I am a proud asexual and yes a virgin for life!

So please don't get the idea its for any picky, shallow men.

My height is 5'10...whiched saved me because people think i'm smaller then I really am. People think I am 240 pounds then my true weight of 300 pounds.

Today I noticed I do get joint pains on and off, and I have been getting some chest pains for a few months and my pressure gets pretty high.

I am stressed out so I let food become my comfort sadly...unlike my friend who is a size 0 and cuts when stressed.

I need some unhealthy ways to lose weight which gives fast results, or at least e-mail me them. I just need a jump start.

Seriously- you don't need to convince us it's not for anyone else... (I get the feeling you are trying to convince YOURSELF that thats not why you want to lose it "fast"). If you really only wanted to do it for you- it wouldn't matter how long it took- and you would realize that being HEALTHY and losing weight the right way to KEEP IT OFF FOR LIFE- takes educating yourself about food and exercise and it takes time.

How much do you want to lose.? 100lbs.? Less.? More.? To lose 100lbs in a HEALTHY manner so you don't mess up your body and kill yourself it should take about a year. You always will lose faster in the beginning and slower towards the end.

First step to losing weight:
FIGURE OUT WHY YOU EAT! It's an additcion like tobacco/drugs/alcohol. You need to figure out emotionally why you eat- and retrain your brain to not use food as comfort and a replacement for those feelings! THen you can implement a healthy eating "diet" and add exercise and completely change your LIFESTYLE and way of THINKING / FEELING about food and coping/deal with stress/anger/hurt/rejection etc....

Here are some healthy things to consider in your journey:

1. drink water and juices
2. buy whole wheat breads and pasta
3. eat dark green vegies.
4. eat more foods like peanut butter that give a full feeling
5. walk for 15 minutes 3 - 5 times per week
6. do mild exercises like arm raises

Go online and look up "HOODIA". It is a natural but yet unregulated plant derivitive that was discovered in africa that is now available on the american market. This stuff all though, natural, is so potent that the government is scrambling to get it banned in the USA just like they banned poppy plants.
