Personal trainers can go from $40 per hour to $150 per hour as an average. I was a personal trainer for about 7 years and I kept my fee low so I could kill the competition but I also produced results as long as my clients followed what I told them to do. A common way now is online trainers. I do this myself as far as setting up a client plan , eating plan, supplements, workouts ect. I have my clients keep a log and send me the numbers every week for the first month and them monthly from there. Going to a gym can very as well. The best gym around right now for the money is a place called Planet Fitness. Check them out on the net and see if you have one around your area. I go there myself and it is only $10 per month. Golds gym is going to run you allot more as well as World gym and other big name places. If you need help with choosing a trainer or have any question just email me and I can give you some pointers at no cost of coarse. A standard client profile which is what i was talking about being a detailed eating plan, workout and supplement review runs anywhere between $250-500 and then they charge you a client fee every time they talk to you. I charge $100 for the whole thing and I go by a month to month client fees this way if my client wants to go to someone else, they do not have to worry about getting sued for the remainder of there yearly contract. Some trainers make you sign a 6 month or yearly contract with them, I feel this is wrong. Why should you have to agree to be trained by someone when you have no idea how well they will work out for you.?
Always check out there background and just becaue they have a certificat saying they are ISSA certified doesnt mean crap. I have met several people who are traininers who have 4 differant certifacations and they suck yet people pay them $75 each session so your looking at 8 sessions per month and $600 on top of your gym membership.Health Question & Answer
