How many times a week should i do Pilate's?!


Question: How many times a week should i do Pilate's.?
its a 50 minute total body video. and i couldn't decide if i should do it everyday, every other day or what. what would be the most effective.?
also- how long before i can start seeing results.? thanks.Health Question & Answer


Answers:
I wouldn't do it more often than every other day, just to allow your muscles to rest after the stretch and to keep you from getting bored with the workout that much quicker.

On the days you aren't doing Pilates, do something else...cardio would be good.

Depending on your condition, you may start seeing decent results in 6 - 8 wks. Just keep up the workouts after you reach your goal, to maintain that fitness level and body condition.
