what does this mean in lamens terms.? :
"Annual Rate Guarantee Fee of $39 billed on or shortly after June 1st
State and local restrictions on tanning frequency apply."

thats the gym i want to join and its $20 a month for the black card membership which is what im interested in... i dont understand what the annual rate fee of $40 is though... can anyone explain this to me.?

I believe it means that the annual fee is 39 dollars, and that you will pay that fee on June 1st or shortly after. However, do not sign anything until you talk to a worker from the gym directly, as these statements are often misleading.Health Question & Answer
