Most definately it'll be noticeable. Honestly, though it might be more noticeable in how your clothes fit or to other people than just you looking in the mirror. And good job!Health Question & Answer

Yeah, especially if you focus on your belly and on aerobic activity. I weigh 165 lbs (I'm about 5'9) and my weight varies 7 lbs or so week by week, seriously. I can thump on my stomach and feel it if I've not exercised that week, or even squeeze on my arms if I have or haven't done arm exercises. I notice. People consistently notice that "something is different" if I've done a LOT of exercise in a particular week but usually they think I'm in a good mood or something. They don't tend to consciously realize that my clothes fit better and I've got better posture: all the things that go along with exercising.Health Question & Answer

Yes. I lost 5 pounds while my husband was away for 2 weeks, I didn't notice too much until he said something like 5 minutes after walking in the door.Health Question & Answer
