"Body for life" question on routine?!

Question: "Body for life" question on routine.?
I have a body for life book. I love it, I think I has a lot of good information on it. But I have a question on it. The routine states that we do the same weight for four sets at different intensity levels. Well, in the back, there are four different ways to work the same muscle( four chest exercises, four shoulder exercises). Are we suppose to rotate through each one at different intensities.? Example, we do a dumbbell bench press at level 5 intensity, then an inclined dumbbell press at level 6, an dumbbell fly at level 7, and finally a barbell bench press at level 8. Is this the way you do it, or do you pick one exercise and do it the four times, such as dumbbell bench press at intensity levels 5, 6, 7, 8.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
I like the Body for Life concept also and I did the challenge a few years back (didn't win, but it was fun).

To answer your question - do the same routine, but change up the intensity level - don't try to do a different level for a different routine. That would get confusing and probably counter productive. So, your last statement is true ...."pick one exercise and do it the four times, such as dumbbell bench press at intensity levels 5, 6, 7, 8 ..."

Good luck and have fun with it.

Oh, and I know you probably have been to the website (www.bodyforlife.com), but here are some other good ones.
