I KNOW THIS IS NOT HEALTHY,
so please don't tell me this isn't healthy, blah blah.

I want to know if it will be twice as quick to lose weight by not eating meals, but snacks instead of meals, not snacks every 2-3 hours, I mean snacks replacing meals.Health Question & Answer

I don't know that it would be twice as quick because you're body is still going to need to same number of calories to function, but yes, significantly decreasing your caloric intake will cause you to lose weight faster. It might depend of the kind of nutrients you are taking in as far as the snacks go. Health Question & Answer

this is actually not unhealthy. It is how a lot of people stay full and keep their metabolism active. You take basically eat 6 snacks (about 300 calories or so each) every few hours.

BUT if you only eat 3 snacks a day you will have the opposite effect. Your body will start storing fat and calories because it goes into survival mode from being starved. First it will burn your muscle for energy and all you will be left with is fat.Health Question & Answer

HONESTLY, probably yes. because in meals you get carbs, fats etc. if you eat like crackers, rice cakes, cheese, candy (that's the best because it's basically just sugar, and sugar alone doesn't make you fat) so probably, yes. but, it's not healthy. so do whatever you like and good luck.Health Question & Answer

You mean eating potato chips and candy instead of food.? I guess it depends on how much you eat. If you put back 3000 calories of snacks, you're not going to lose weight... unless you puke from all the crap you eat.
