Question: What would you say about my weight, height, measurements.?
waist is 34, shirt size is large, im 6 feet tall and 220 pounds. how much do you think i should slim down to.? im coming off my medications, so it's gonna be alot easier to lose weight now but i dont wanna lose too much. i have a medium frame and am not super muscular but strong.Health Question & Answer

I'm an athlete and im 6 1 about 215....but i lift weights 3x a week. aside from the athlete part, you are tall and being over 185 is a normal BMI for your height. just check yur BMI and also check your mirrior. If you feel fine looking at yourself then dont worry about it. But if u maybe wanna lose that little part here or there then go for it. Health Question & Answer
