jesse is wrong. I eat whatever I want (always have) and I just balance my junk food with running. I recently been eating more pizza and junk food so i gained some weight. I've been jogging 6 days a week and already lost those pounds I gained from the extra junk.

just eat healthy (not diet) and be acitve
it's more being active than anything
