Question: Any tips on getting through fasting.?
I've been interested in fasting for awhile (just for a body cleanse). So I wanted to research it first, because I get mixed reviews. Like some think it's fine, others really think it's bad for you. I was just wondering how long I should do it for... this article says up to 40 days. But I'm not overweight, I'm healthy. I could lose like 7-10 pounds and still maintain a healthy BMI. But how long should I fast for, I want to cleanse my body and gain control. But, I don't want to lose too much weight. What do you think.?
