Feeling faint after exercise?!


Question: Feeling faint after exercise.?
I am 15 years old and last night i was biking into town and as i was running late the going quickly. I stopped at the lights and started to feel faint, and dizzy. I pushed my bike onto the pavement and was feeling like this for about 15-20 minutes. This has happened to be before and i have fainted. As it is the holidays during the last couple of days i have not done much exercise compared to what u usually do, i was wondering if this could be a reason.?
