Hi,

I'm very sorry to hear about your condition, but hope I can help out a bit. Everyone's bodies are different so there's no way to know for sure what your skin will do when you lose weight. The good thing is, though, that you are very young, so your skin will still be nice and stretchy and full of collagen which is the protein which makes your skin snap back into place if you stretch it out.

The best thing to do is to lose the weight slowly, because then your skin has plenty of time to keep up with your changing body. When people lose large amounts of weight quickly their skin can get saggy because gravity can get at it before it gets a chance to shrink back with the rest of their body.

Just remember too, though, that at 13 your body will likely be changing or changing in the near future, so don't expect that your body will look exactly the same as it did before the cancer. The most important thing is for you to look after yourself and be healthy and happy, and then losing weight to a point where you feel comfortable and good about yourself should follow naturally from there.Health Question & Answer

NO YOU WONT!
Trust me.
My boyfriend used to be 210 pounds now he weighs 140 and he has tight skin. Dont be afraid.

If anything you'll just have thin stretchmarks. Since your skin is young they wont be all ugly.

By the way to avoid the stretchmarks use A LOT OF LOTION!
G00d-luck!
:)
And congrats and beating cancer!Health Question & Answer

You are still very young and your skin is very elastic so you shouldn't suffer saggy skin. Best wishes for your future.Health Question & Answer
