Not too fat really,
but you can tone up a little with eating and drinking healthy (avoid junk food and soda and drink lots of water) and exercising.

i calculate that to 5 feet and about 120 lbs. Being overweight has as much to do with your body composition as well as your height and weight. No. You're BMI is 24.2. The healthy range for an adult is 18.5-24.9, but that is different for a teenager, especially a girl who is growing. If you do pass 30, since you a re a kid it is called "at risk" which means you should try consulting with dieticians and such, but for now you are fine, and once hormones balance out it will most likely be lower. I tested your BMI at the link below using the teen/child calculator at it came out to 23.5, which is in th 88th percentile for teens your age. Healthy weight is 5th percentile to 85th percentile, so you are a little overweight.
