I need some extremely healthy dinner idea/recipes! 400 calories (:?!

Question: I need some extremely healthy dinner idea/recipes! 400 calories (:.?
ive been eating the same meals for the past like 6 weeks.
1 cup brown rice, 1 cup steamed veggies, pear, apple, boneless skinless grilled chicken 3 oz., salad, ground turkey chili, that healthy grilled chicken 3 oz on 90 calorie bread.

just i love these foods and everything..im just wondering if there are any other safe, healthy ideas i could have. i'm starting to struggle with my eating disorder problems again, and i just want to eat where i dont feel guilty. these foods dont make me feel bad.

i also exercise 6 days a week. 3 hour practices 4 days a week, and i run 3-4 miles/crunches/pilates for 6 days of the week. so i do exericse.

help pleasee.
thank you so much
i am 17, 5'5'', and 112 lbs.

any ideas other than salad, plain grilled chicken and steamed veggies, brown rice would be so awesome.

Answers:
I have Tilapia Fillets and Salmon that I bake with a little seasoning, sometimes plain.

also I would switch to corn tortillas in replacement of bread and I get the small ones to eat as a snack. I would just get one or two slices of ham or turkey slices and cut them up and put it in the tortillas with veggies etc.

Canned tuna that you can eat straight out of or make a sandwich spread with. Substitute mayo for mustard because it has 0g of fat whereas mayo has 14g! I like to dice onions and relish and mix them all together. You can do the same with chicken, perhaps leftover chicken that you ate with brown rice.

When I ran out of food or tired of eating the same stuff, I would just mix random things together and make something myself lol. Like I would get brown rice, dice up chicken, tomatoes, onions, peppers, and mix them all up to make some kind of salad I guess. Sometimes I would put them in a corn tortilla. It's a different taste.

Those may not be your typical dinner but it is for me lol. Each of those is less than 400 calories and not all the time will I end up full. But I deal with it, and when another 2 hour comes by I would get a snack in to keep the metabolism going. If it's before bed I would eat cottage cheese for casein protein.Health Question & Answer
