Question: Since I moved into college I'm always hungry.?
I eat when I have time, and i actually eat frequently. But I'm always hungry, more like starving. I go to sleep hungry and wake up hungry and there's nothing I can do to make it go away.Health Question & Answer

This is cause by stress, or too much working.
As you said, You eat when you have time, You should take your breakfast, lunch and dinner as well. Don't skip your food. You should eat still when you feel very satisfied.

It's more then likely stress or depression. When I was that age I went though a heavy depression and I felt like I was always hungry, I just couldn't get enough of food. It was a way of comforting myself. Do you think this could be your problem.? By the way try drinking more water because it'll fill you up some. Try not to eat all the time.. trust me in the months I went through it I gained at least 15lbs. Could it be a deficiency of some kind.? Just trying to throw out another idea.

it's because you have more free time and get bored easily so turn to food.
avoid thinking about food all the time.? drink water when you're hungry. brush your teeth after a meal.
eat more grains and beans during your meals to get more protein!
