Question: Calorie Intake and output watch.?
One of my collegues say that she worked with someone that had a watch that had an arm band and a small wire that goes to and from! And this Watch told her her heart rate, calorie intake based and blood pressure and calorie output based on heart rate! Is this technology real.? She said that her friend got it from her personal trainer and by being able to watch her calorie intake she lost 85 pounds in a year!
