Question: Hello.................... weight loss advice.?
Ok. Please help me....... Im twelve year ols. I am in the healthy weight range for my age ( just barely) And i need help. Everyone at my school complains about their weight so I finally asked a bunch of people how much they really weighed and they were all like..... o i weight 105 or like 90 and these girls are all my age! So i want to lose some weight so I can be healthy but not overly skinny. I have afrikin 36 inch waist or something!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Does anyone have a VERY specific diet/excersize plan fo rme.?.?.?.?.? please.?.?.?.?.?.? Please be detailed and tell me how quick you estimate will be till I see results.
