Is this diet healthy?!


Question: Is this diet healthy.?
I'm not trying to lose weight - I just want to know if I'm eating healthily.
On an average week day, when working, I eat -
Banana and apple for breakfast or sometimes one egg on wholemeal toast.
2-3 wholemeal bread sandwiches, with ham, mayo, lettuce and tomato throughout the day OR jacket potato, mackerel and salad OR pasta salad for lunch.
Pistachio nuts for snacks.
Meal at night - depends, but its usually healthy - jacket, beans; lasagne; bolognese; stew; or curry; oven chips....

The food's OK but what are you drinking.?

Avoid anything with aspartame in it - this can cause all sorts of problems.
