My exercises of choice is to take my iPod and make a play list of about twenty to thirty minutes and jog till it stops. I LOVE music so this is my favorite exercise, and I try to do it every day to get the best results.Health Question & Answer
I try to walk every day. I have ankle and arm weights. I walk up and down curbs, jog a block at a time sporatically (bad joints)

Walking around the beach especially on hot days. I can do it for hours and it is exercise and my feet enjoys the nice water and soft sand.Health Question & Answer
Brazilian Jiujitsu. I find it easier to exercise when I'm doing something I find fun rather than just running on a treadmill or elliptical. Doesn't feel like a chore that way.Health Question & Answer
