Question: Do you believe you are overweight because of your eating/exercise habits, or is it a medical condition..?
Answers:
I believe it is a mix of genetics (was born chubby and most of my fam is chubby or fat) and my bad eating habbits. I would probably naturally be chubby but I am fat b/c I eat bad and dont exercise....trying to change that though?
Health Question & Answer

well it's a bit of both really. I have friends who eat alot more unhealthy food than I do and exercise less who are much thinner than me. Having said that, I know if I dieted and exercised alot I would lose weight. I am able to lose weight, but it really involves me eating hardly anything and going to the gym alot, whereas I know people who lose weight without trying. My sister is about average size, though definitely not thin, and she doesn't eat alot but does alot of exercise - if someone with a higher metabolism ate what she did and did that amount of exercise they would probably be very thin. So I could be thinner, it would just require alot more effort than it does for some people!Health Question & Answer

Some people do have a medical condition which could cause them to be overweight. I think for most people it's because they don't eat as well as they should along with not doing enough of the right physical exercise. It todays world alot of people are working long hours and are always tired. Those who have kids, it's always go go go and the last thing on their mind is to make themselves a proper meal. So they just grab something quick and easy. Health Question & Answer
