How many cals should I be eating to lose weight?!


Question: How many cals should I be eating to lose weight.?
I am trying to lose abtou 25 lbs. My BMR is 1511. I burn about 300 cals on my elliptical at night. So how many cals should I be eating in order to lose weight.? 1200.? more.? less.??Health Question & Answer


Answers:
your weight in lbs x 11 = "A"
"A" x 0.3 = "B"
"A" + "B" = "C"
C is the amount of calories you need daily to maintain your current weight.
As 1lb equates to 3500 calories you need reduce "C" by 500 calories a day to lose 1lb a week...1000 calories a day to lose 2lb a week. this can be done by reducing food intake by 500 calories a day and increasing exercise to burn off another 500 a day. seems complicated but it isnt really. good luck!Health Question & Answer
