I'm sure you considered weight lifting. So, if you want to gain weight I'd suggest following these simple guidelines:

- Get plenty of protein (a good shake for your issue would be Mass XXX available at GNC)
- Be patient, gaining weight takes some time
- Be consistent in your workouts (go often and keep a record of your lifts so you can increase weight)

Keep in mind these are just suggestions, so you can skip any of the ones you don't like.
