Question: Have you tried the master cleanse lemonade diet.?
im starting today i already drank a cup this morning took my laxative tea last night and is sipping on my sea salt now im determine to do this because i tried so may time and have failed is there anyone that tried this and it work for them how much weight and how long...thnx im willing to do as long as i can Health Question & Answer

I did and didn't make it more then a few days....it's very hard to cook for people when your not eating. It turns in to a total mental struggle...FYI you will be stinking horribly after two to three days....the cayenne will be coming out of every pore and hole on your body..

One month after I did this I came down with a horrible GI illness for almost two months and lost 30 lbs in the first two weeks when I didn't need to and came pretty close to death from dehyration ...can't point fingers but I would say that diet stripped every last piece of good bacteria in my body .....but that is just my theory.

I can't fathom why people do ridiculously silly things like that when a moderate lifestyle of healthy eating and exercise will give you better results.

Drinking salt water will probably make you vomit.

Laxatives do not "clean" you out. They just make you go to the bathroom. It doesn't make your body any cleaner. Your body naturally eliminates waste anyway. Eating foods with fiber helps the colon function.

the "master cleanse" is just that: it cleanses. it's not for losing weight. although you will lose some weight if you follow it directly. the syrup actually contains a lot of calories. last week, i thought about doing it. i posted the same question and didn't get much help (you're welcome to look at my answers). i'm going to start slow though. you're supposed to follow an organic diet 1-2 weeks before starting. so, i'm doing just that. i'm replacing one meal a day with a fresh squeezed juice, eating 2 meals and drinking a protein shake. also, i'm doing a slimming body wrap. here's a great website that shows how to make your own (b/c they're $80 in a salon).

waste of time and cash!you have to do cardio and toning exercises 6 days/week and portion control your food intake your whole life...weight control isnt about getting the excess off,but keeping it off...aim for safe weight loss,NOT fast weight loss!

Once joined a spa and drank lots of unsweetened Grapefruit juice, laid off the colas and sweated profusely in a dry sauna, cleaned out my system and felt better. Don't recall losing any weight tho. Health Question & Answer
