Question: How long do you think it would take me to lose this much weight.?
And how would i go about doing it.? Like what kinds of things can i eat & drink.?

I weight about 175 maybe even a little more. The military called me to recruit me because my asvab scores are good and i want to go into the medical field. The estimated weight is about 140 but they do a body fat percentage and all because each person is built differently. So how should i start and what should i do.? To lose weight you have to burn more calories than you are putting in.
It takes 3500 burned or not consumed calories to lose 1 pound.

You could cut 500 calories from your daily diet and burn 300 doing cardio 4x a week and average losing more than one pound a week.

Strength training is also great because it takes more energy (calories) to support your muscles than fat. So if you build muscle you will naturally use more calories during the day, even when you are not doing anything at all.

High fibre, high protein is the best way to go for diet, eating veggies and drinking lots of water too, if you don't eat too many carbs your body will burn fat for energy, you are allowed to eat complex carbs - just not after a workout, only before.

The lowest calories you can intake per day is 1200 calories. Avg daily calories is 2000. if you want to lose weight, you should do both exercise and watch what you eat. Once you find out, you can start adjusting your eating habit. Just remember that 3500 calories is equal to 1 pound.
