hi all
I'm a 13 year old boy looking to lose some weight and get some muscle(not alot)
At the moment I weigh about 120-130 pounds.?Is that normal.?
also,I have absolutely no access to any kind of weights.

Normal depends on your height. Don't worry about losing weight, just start working out. When you build muscle mass, your weight increases because muscle is denser than fat. So instead of judging by your weight, judge by how your body shape changes. Look for a smaller waist, and bigger chest, shoulders, and upper arms.
To exercise without weights, use natural weight (your body). Pushups are good -- there are many, many kind; do a couple of sets of each every day. Crunches are good, too -- up to 1,000 a day, if you got the guts (pun intended). Look up a military exercise manual, they have a ton of these kinds of exercises.Health Question & Answer
