Question: How do you prepare flax seed in your meals.?
I have never eaten it and want to add it to my diet, but I have to admit it does not appeal to appetizing....

Answers:
I find in smoothies is great
or oatmeal, when you make it add in a lil bit
or even in cookies throw in a lil bit instead of oatmeal or even on top
also my favorite
take a cup of peanut butter (chunky is best)
a half cup or so of flax seed
a scoop of chocolate protein powder
and maybe some almonds (I like mine without it)
scoop into some balls about the size of a spoon/mouthfull
and freeze on some wax paper
grab one or two in the morning fantastic all aroundHealth Question & Answer

It is a nice little addition to some fresh baked bread but even better solutions are here for you.
At the health food store they sell Flax Seed Oil. It has a very mild, nutty taste and can be added into or atop just about anything dinner food you have. I like to add some to my eggs. It is inexpensive and comes in different size bottles. The oil does great things for your body.
It has a very low flash point which means just a little hat can burn the oil so don't try to cook with it, just spoon a bit onto your food.
