Answers:
a calorie is a unit of energy, sugar and fat are different forms of that stored energy, eating fat does not cause you to become fat and not eating fat does not stop you from getting fat.
Honey has a lot of calories but its not a case of being good or bad the reason you eat food is because it has calories to give you energy or vitamins/protein so your body can make new cells.
Health Question & Answer

All food contains energy - Calories - and if you eat more calories than you use in a day, then you put weight on. If you eat fewer calories than you use then you loose weight. Its that simple!

Fat has energy in it, but so do grapes! (And honey), so if you are maintaining your weight you have to balance how much you use and eat. Some foods are better for you to eat than others - so that's where the fats thing comes in. They have more calories gram for gram than some foods but are also not good if you eat them in large quantities, however you do need some in your diet.

Calories can come from fats, carbohydrates (like sugar etc), protein etc in your food

So to answer your questions, both have calories in and both can be good or bad, depending how much you eat.
