Question: How can i flatten my belly.?
Im 16 and i have a poochy stomach. i'm a soccer player and play about 3 times a week. I'm in fairly good shape and have muscular legs. i'm short too so i think this is one reason why its poochy. what exrcises cani do to flatten out my lower abdomen.? how long will it take to see results.? and how long should i do each exercise.? i also tend to eat a lot of candy...but whenever i try to cut it out i end up having one day where i just cant hold back and eat a ton of it. what to do.? :(

well if you cant stop the junk food (like me) just do about 50 crunches and run a mile.thats what keeps me in shape!
if you're too lazy to do that then hold back on the junk food and eat half as much as you do everyday
or go on a diet . just what ever you do NOT STARVE YOURSELF
it frickin nasty to do that and it doesnt work
and if you try making yourself throw after every meal you'll just have dental issues (and i mean alot) later in life

Try doing sit-ups every night before bed or first thing in the morning...which ever's best for you...start off doing about 20 a time then gradually increase to 100, over a period of say a month...keep doing them as for as long as you wish...
Try swimming as well...as many laps as you can...

Try a sit up routine, just everyday and it will tighten you stomach muscles. Then when you are sitting in class or on the couch you can tighten your stomach by holding the muscles tight in your stomach, kind of like you're sucking in, it works.Health Question & Answer
my way that i did it was sit ups,take it easy and start with 50 push ups

I suggest crunches. Start off with 30 every night before bed and move your way up as you are able to.

Keep it sucked in. Once you do it long enough, it becomes habit.
