Question: I'm 5'10 and weigh about 240. I want to get to the 190s. .?
I swim 30 laps 4 days a week, only drink water now and don't eat anymore fried foods. Don't really have a sweet tooth but the weight after 3 months still isn't coming off. I don't want to do diet pills I want to be all natural, I work at a desk all day, please help, anyone have any advise. Just feel like I've given up so much time and energy for nothing so far.Health Question & Answer

you are right. dont use pills. you will end up relying on them to keep the weight off. you must do it naturally. unfortunately, all these diet plans out there push a pill or suppliment. There is however 1 smaller company that isnt flash at all. it was made by people who learned to lose weight naturally and got some doctors involved. iv included the link below under "source" becuase they are the most legit iv seen. a few people at the guy I go to aree on this plan and it helped greatly. If you want to lose weight, look at the big picture of being healthy. Focus on cutting out all fatty, fried and fast foods. No sodas either
