Mornings are good, but doesn't necessarily have to be so. Evenings are also not bad, as you have had plenty of gap between lunch. Never do it on a full stomach. Have a 2 hour gap between exercising and meals. Although, you might want to have a protein shake/bar before and after, and make sure you eat a decent meal after workout.

But, really it makes no difference wat time you do it, as long as you have nutritious diet, protein, water and do warm ups, you shoud be fine.

But make sure you are not empty stomached, you should have at least had a proper meal sometime (>2 hrs gap) b4 ur workout.Health Question & Answer

Well maybe you r a midday person or an evening person. Find out a time that will best work for you. You r the only person who knows when your motor runs best doing what time. I am a morning person myself. I like to get it done between 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. to have the whole day to do whatever. Now that is when my motor runs best. In my case, I like do that at 6-7p.m.
cause it's not too hot and not too cold at that time.
So I can feel better !
