How do i stop being so skinny?!


Question: How do i stop being so skinny.?
im 13. weigh abt 95 lbs & im 5' 3"
i hate how skinny i am. i don't know wat 2 do. the food i eat isn't junk food. a lot of it is healthy.
i was thinking it wasn't, but could it be sports.? i play vb & soccer. soccer is 1 hr & 30 min 3-4x a week. vb is 1 hr, but also 3-4x a week. & i run the mile in 8 min 15 sec. should i be cutting down.?
my stomach is fit, but my arms r WAY too bony.
when i stopped run extra @ home, my legs went from muscle to chicken legs.
so ya, should i eat junk food.?
idk wat im doin wrong.
i barely found out cuz i looked in the mirror. i do look in the mirror, but not really @ my body. & ystrday i saw how skinny i am. i noticed veins on my wrists!!
no1 really says anythin abt my body, but i HATE this.
how could i stop it.?

To gain weight:

Drink milkshakes at every meal. Those will really help you gain weight. Eating ice cream, peanut butter, breads, pastas, and bagels will help. Just eat more than you normally would, but not to the point where you feel sick. Weight gaining shakes will probably be the most effective; these include Ensure and Boost. You can drink these as many times a day as you want to. I've heard the "Boost smoothies" line tastes good. Good luck.
