Question: Are there some foods that are so high in calories that you put on more weight than the weight of the food.?
I had three chocolates last night, and today on the scales was up by 1kg. Of course there must be other factors causing this but it got me thinking - if a lump of chocolate weighs 200g and contains, say, 500 calories, it might result in you putting on 200g of fat. But could it be more, or less.?

I doubt all those calories will be actual weight you can notice. Some are used it just the everyday movements of the body. I've seen a meal come close to actual weight by volume and caloric weight. It's a kids meal from one of the fast food eatery's. It had a total calorie count of 1003 and weighted just over a quarter of a pound.
