How to loose weight effectively? ?!

Question: How to loose weight effectively.? .?
I go to a fitness center at least two times a week, but I have no money to go for personal training, so I have to work some program out by myself to...
To lose at about 20 pounds (10 kg).
I need some kind of healthyy nutrition, that will provide sufficient amount of all the elements and at the same time will help me to loose weight.
also I'm not very good at jogging, mean I get tired after about 5 minutes of running, but I've heard that doingcardioo is one of the most effective ways to loose weight. How can I get rid of my "running"probss.?

Ok, so finally, what I'm interested in is:
-diet that will help to loose weight
-some exercise complexes to loose weight (how many times a week, what sort of activities would be more effective)
-some special advice

Thank you beforehandHealth Question & Answer

The bad news:
You will have to workout to loose weight and you will have to just fight through the desire to quit

The good news:
After a few weeks the tiredness and desire to not workout will leave and you will actually WANT to go!

Here's a work out plan for you.

Start with 15 minutes of cardio. I know, that sounds like a lot but you can do it. Just remember if you aren't sweating, breathing hard and wishing you could stop you aren't doing anything worth the workout. Try to pace yourself. If you don't really like running you shouldn't run for cardio. Try an eliptical machine, stairmaster, ride a bike, or swim. Swimming is actually really good exercise. It will definately get your heart pounding and work all the muscles in your body. If you can't swim I would recommend the eliptical. When I first started workingout that worked best for me.

Anyway do cardio for 15 minutes for 2 weeks, then 20 minutes for next 2 weeks, and so on and so on.

After your 15 minutes of cardio lift light weights. One day do upper body, next do lower. 3 sets of 12 reps. You can rest about 30-45 seconds inbetween sets. Be sure to include squats and lunges. You can hold free weights while you do them. Make sure your posture stays right and that your are going low enough or they don't really count.
For your stomach try the big balls. Sit right on the edge of the ball, then lean back. Your lower back should be cupping the curve of the ball. Then do cruntches. Start with 50 then add 25 each week.

Your total workout should take about an hour.

You probably will need to workout 1 or 2 more days than you already are. If time is an issue for you try to just go do your cardio then leave. If you have kids and getting away is a problem ( I understand that ) do the squats, lunges and situps at home, they will probably love to do it too!

FOOD:

DON'T DIET!!!!

Eating less food than your used to will actually slow your metabolisim! Telling yourself that you can't eat something will make you eat more calories by trying to satisfy your craving.

Just make healthy choices. If you got to have your chocolate have chocholate cereal. It will do the job, but only cost you a few calories and fat.
Eat whole grain foods like bread, pasta, tortillas, and rice instead of white. It's much healthier for you and will fill you up more. Make sure you check the label, if it doesn't have at least 2 G fiber, it's not really whole grain.
If you like salty foods, try snacking on nuts, seeds, or whole grain crakers instead of chips.
If you are a soda drinker, switch to diet.
If you are a fancy coffee drinker ask for fat free, sugar free.
Eat more fish and white meat rather than pork and beef.
Fast food, it's ok. Just pass of fries. Typically a cheeseburger is better for you than a fried chichen anything. Just don't drowned it in mayo....ketchup and mustard instead. And ovbiously not all the time.

Good luck! You can do it, and IT WILL get easier! I used to be just like you. I hated to workout. Then I got over the hump and ended up working out 5 or 6 times a week for 2 hours a day. My body actually felt weird if I didn't make it to the gym! You will get there too if you just fight to get over that hump. What I would do is when I wanted to give up I would think about my but in a bathing suit, and I knew I wanted that more! GOOD LUCK

I adopted a whole foods, plant-based diet and lost 25 pounds easily. It's really simple to do -no calorie counting or expensive foods, just eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies, salads, whole grains, and lentils. See the site below for meal plans.

Exercise to lose weight does not have to be brutal. If running is not your thing, try the eliptical machine or just fast walking for an hour.Health Question & Answer

you have to lose it naturally. no pills, no drugs, no suppliments. that is how you really lose and keep it off. dont fall for fad diets. I am on a program made by people like you and I and a few ealth experts. they are in no way flashy but they do generate results. pretty fast too. they are a smaller company that rely's on thier clients results as advertising, not a flash webpage that is useless. iv included the link below under "source". They will teach you how to eat and what to do.Health Question & Answer

I started myself 5 weeks ago, so far I eat 3 meals, smaller portions and all as healthy as possible. I actually count calories to help me throughout the day. when I get home, I exercices between 60-90 minutes 6 out of 7 days.

I do simple exercices such as running up and down the stairs for minutes, I use the walking machine for 30 to 45 minutes, then I do a bit of exercices for my tighs and abs for 10-15 minutes. After that I hop on the bicycle for 20 to 35 minutes.

If you want to loose weight, keep at it, the first few weeks are tough because your body needs to re-adjust to your intake of food and the portions, but once it gets used to it, I actualy lost 3 lbs in 5 days. And whenever I got cravings, I chewed on some gum and made sure to drink lots of water to fill my stomach.

Hop ethis helps!Health Question & Answer

If you want to lose weight, look at the big picture of being healthy. Focus on cutting out all fatty, fried and fast foods. No sodas either
