Question: What is like super low fat easy to make and cheap food.?
What food is cheap and super easy to make and super low fat.? Like SUPER easy to make like I don't want to do anymore than microwaving or putting in the oven for less than 30 minutes. Give me any ideas you can think of. Thank you. Health Question & Answer

You can get some brown rice that come in a microwave pouch in the freezer section. Add some veggies to it, frozen is OK. Microwave for 6 minutes. Use a bit of "I can't believe it is not butter" spray and a touch of salt. Good for you and filling. I am not a cook either.

also easy for Breakfast is to use 2 egg whites, one whole egg. The Butter spray. add a bit of water and scramble. Just near the end you can add a bit of shredded low fat cheese. They use lots of egg whites for BK on the Biggest Loser Diet. Fills you up for hours.Health Question & Answer

(semi-home made) chicken salad recipe:

Whole rotisserie chicken (already cooked from grocery store)
4 stalks of celery
1/2 cranrasiens (the dried cranberries) (optional)
1 cup. low fat mayo.
1 bunch of green onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Chop up the green onions and celery really fine.
Add the cranrasiens right out from the bag.
Shredded the chicken to the size you like to eat (we have kids so I shredded it smaller but I prefer bigger pieces).

Takes me about 10 mins all together.

Eat plain or on toast or in a wrap or a sandwhich with sprouts. In a pita would be yummy.
Hubby takes it to work plain and eats it with crackers.

With a side you could add sunchips, or pita chips. or carrots.Health Question & Answer
