How Do You Make Your Thighs Thinner?!

Question: How Do You Make Your Thighs Thinner.?
Ok, I'm 18, male, and I'm 10 lb. underweight. My arms are quite thin, my stomach is completely flat, and my ribcage shows quite a bit, but I love that my body's this way, I don't want to have a body like an Abercrombie model or a football player. But, what I don't like is my thigh, they appear too big compared to my chest and arms. I really love thin legs on both guys and girls, and want to make my thighs thinner. I don't eat that much, and I don't eat crap like fried twinkies. But it seems I'm losing weight in my chest/stomach, and not my thighs. Why is this.? Does testosterone make guys lose weight in their chests more than thighs.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
I love those slim legs too and love my skinny jeans. I found that stretching exercises seem to work for me, as do high repetition leg lifts. Think "flexibility exercises" rather than ones designed to build strength.

Sometimes you're just programmed to be a certain way and you're not going to change your genes.
Health Question & Answer

you don't need to lose weight but if you insist here are some things you can do to make your thighs smaller.

do lunges, step up kickbacks, walking downhill, running, leg raises without weight or very light weight, yoga. all of this combined with a proper diet full of lean protein and carbs, and you should be in business.

hope this helpsHealth Question & Answer

I mean first of all, stop it. If you're 10 lb. underweight you don't need to be losing anymore weight. But toning your thighs will work, like doing sets of squats and leg lifts would work. Health Question & Answer

You can't spot reduce. If you want to lose weight, you have to lose a little bit in all areas of your body.Health Question & Answer
