Question: Will my physcial appearance change after my fast.?
I'm doing an 8 day fast for religious reasons with parental permission and lots of water. I want to know some of the effects i will suffer from and if my appearance will change. I don't want to get thinner because that would concern family and friends I'm 13 and weight 100-104 lbs so i'm already quite skinny, will it be a noticeable change.? Will any bones stick out.? I need to know in detail so my family won't worry and also how can i ease my body back into eating again after the fast.?

erh see this is tough 8 days is alot u will most definitily lose weight now how much that depends on how active you actually are at the lowest if u lay in bed for 8days which im sure u wont ull lose 3lbs...if u walk around no excess physical activity ull prob lose around 5-6lbs over this 8days period it's not gonna be a HUGE change but ull notice and ull be very very weak

but u wanna ease in start like this 3000cals that day ur done trust me ull get that in easily then day after 2500cals day after that 2400cals 2300cals 2200cals 2100cals and 2000cals then go back to ur normal eating habitsHealth Question & Answer

8 days won't change your physique a ton but you'll feel real weak and drop some weight, eat normally again over like a few days once you stop, first back like 700-1000, then +200-300 everyday till you get back to normal, it take weeks-months of consistency to change anything Health Question & Answer
