It can stunt your growth if the weights are too heavy. If you can't do more than 5 lifts in a row than you need to use less weight. You should be able to do about 20 in a row...Health Question & Answer

i would wait until you have finished the puberty process as then you will have finished growing in height, and can then work on your body, as you do not want to put pressure on your body before it is ready for it. also as you get older, your body will change and you may feel you do not want to do weight training any moreHealth Question & Answer

nope not at all.. it does not stunt growth..... that is a big myth.. the only things that can stunt growth are

severe malnutrition
overuse of certain drugs
