What are some effects of drinking caffeine?!

Question: What are some effects of drinking caffeine.?
Just trying to get this straight in my mind as I've just had a large Starbucks and I certainly don't feel the way I did before I drank it.Health Question & Answer

If you have an empty stomach you could get a much larger charge from that Starbucks. Very jittery, up to and including feeling totally bad. The feeling does wear off fairly quickly. Especially if you have a little something to eat. The snack you have should be preferably not a sugar snack. If you don't have a snack available, drink a couple of glasses of water.

I love Starbucks and the Dr. yells at me for drinking it. Apparently it has too much caffeine. But it is so good.

Glad to help!
