Question: Did i eat wayyyy 2 much today.?
hey guys i know u get sick of cing questions like this on here ALL the time but its killing me bcuz im scared ill gain a bunch of weight from what i ate 2day!! ok so heres wht i ate today n wht i did all day just tell me honestly if u think i ate 2 much.

Breakfast- Water
Lunch- An omelette that had 1 egg and 1/16 of a cup of cheddar cheese and water
Dinner-1/4 of a slice of pizza and some water (plz dont think im like rly fat i promise i usually never eat pizza!)

and of course since its halloween i had 2 have some candy so i had a hersheys kiss

ok so i walked 2 miles 2day n i ran 2 miles 2dayplus i did 50 crunches, 25 sit ups, and jumped on the trampoline 4 an hour!

you probably consumed less than 300 calories today. Your going to gain weight. I think you might also have a mental problem. I don't know about you, but I eat about 5 times that and I am losing weight... and not nearly exercising as much as you either...

In comparison to a regular diet for me (and I'm a pretty slim girl), you could probably squeeze a bit more onto your list. Trust me with decent exercise like that and with the careful meals that you eat, you're going to be perfectly in check. I wouldn't worry a thing about it.

Wow... you should at least be consuming 1200 calories and I bet you only consumed 300 - 500 today. You probably burned 800 calories. Unless you are really fat and this is an extreme attempt to loose weight, you should get help. Ever thought about lean meat and veggies.?Health Question & Answer

Too little. If your body doesn't get enough food it will eat the muscles and your body will be mostly fat. You will gain weight.
You should eat no less than 1,000 calories a day.
You should definitely drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water so your organs will work properly. If your organs don't work, your body will break down. It's like trying to drive a car with no oil in it, it will just cease up.
By starving yourself, you are putting your life in danger. Exercise is always a good way to lose weight.
Try to eat 5 small meals a day. Go online and find a diet where you will eat healthy food.
If your body knows that it will get food and water consistently, it will function a lot better, you'll feel better and be in the kind of shape that is healthy.Health Question & Answer
