I overeat at work...do you have any tips?!

Question: I overeat at work...do you have any tips.?
I work at an all you can eat pizza buffet and we only have a fifteen minute break. We aren't allowed to bring in our own food and I've noticed that I've gained some weight...

Do you have any tips for not overeating at work.? I don't want to gain back all the weight I lost. Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Fist off, that is stupid if you can't bring in your own food. Especially if they are making you pay for your pizza, I'm sure they are breaking the law somewhere there. They also cannot tell you what you can do with your 15 mins. If i were you, I would start taking health snacks and leave them in your car, stuff that won't melt or use a insulated lunch kit, If you freeze a bottle of water to put in it while you are at work, it should keep everything cold, and the water should be thawed enough to drink by time you get your break, or you can do the same with a couple of capri suns. have a good healthy breakfast!
bring a magazine to work to read on your break, keeps me occupied
sneak an apple or something in in your bag, pretty sure you're allowed to eat whatever you want and if they dont like it! go outside and eat it!
if you're with a union contact them and ask if they can legally tell you you cant bring food in.. pretty sure thats not on!
try to keep busy at all times because i find i eat when im bored.
Instead of eating, walk around (that way you'll get exercise too) cleaning or little knickknack jobs you have to do :)
hope it helps!Health Question & Answer
