Question: How much weight can I lose by eating Chicken Caesar Salads.?
For the next 4 weeks, if all I eat is chicken caesar salads for lunch and dinner, and I eat eggs for breakfast (if I even eat breakfast, I usually get out of bed at 11 or 12 <I am 34 weeks pregnant>) how much weight can I lose.? Health Question & Answer

caesar salad is not that healthy as the dressing is creamy......
whilst you are pregnant its probably not very healthy to be aiming to lose weight...
