Answers:
Vit A ~ butter, full cream milk, cheese, eggs, offal meats (like liver and kidneys and stuff), very oily fish, orange and yellow vegetables (carrots, etc.)

Niacin ~ wholegrain cereals, red meat and poultry, seafood, nuts and legumes.

B12 ~ dairy products, eggs, seafood (most animal products)

Folic Acid ~ wholegrain cereals, yeast and yeast extracts, green leafy vegetables, avocados.

Vit C ~ citrus fruit, potatoes, leafy vegetables, tomatoes.

Vit D ~ fish liver oils, oily fish, butter and vitamin D (you can also make it yourself from sunlight on your skin)

Vit E ~ cottonseed oil, sesame oil, wholegrain cereals, eggs, nuts, tuna, green vegetables.

Iron ~ Haem iron comes from animals ie. meat and fish. Non-haem iron comes from plant foods including green leafy vegetables, legumes, nuts and seeds, dried fruit.

Get a good vitamin supplementHealth Question & Answer

Vitamin A ~ fish liver oil, liver, carrotts, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, dark green and yellow vegies, eggs, milk and dairy (if you can tolerate dairy), margarine and yellow fruits.

Niacin ~ fish, lean meats, whole wheat products, brewers yeast, liver, wheat germ, eggs, chicken, avocadoes, dates, figs and prunes.

B12 ~ Liver, beef, eggs, milk, cheese and fish.

Folic Acid ~ leafy and green vegies (raw preferably as cooking devitalises them ~ or lightly steamed), carrotts, liver eggs yolk, cantaloupe, apricots, pumpkin, avocadoes, beans and whole and dark rye flour.

Vit C ~ leafy and green vegies, citrus fruits such as lemons, limes and oranges, tomatoes, potatoes, red and green capsicum, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries.

Vit D ~ Vitamin D is known as the Sunshine Vitamin ...... simply get 10 - 15 mins daily of safe sun exposure or eat fresh tuna, salmon or sardines, fish liver oils, herring, milk and dairy products.

Vit E ~ leafy and green vegies, wheatgerm, soybeans (if you can tolerate soy), cold pressed extra virgin olive oils, nuts, brussels sprouts, enriched flour, whole wheat, wholegrain cereals like rice and eggs.

Iron ~ leafy and green vegies, lean red meats, lentils, rice, egg yolks, oysters, nuts (organic nuts to avoid the nasty sulfites and other chemicals they use to "preserve" the commercial varieties that will upset sensitive bodies), beans, asparagus, unsulphured organic blackstrap molasses (organic for the same reason as the nuts) and oatmeal.
