Question: Why has my weight loss stopped.?
Since July I lost 24 pounds. Now for the last 3 weeks I can't break 202. I am a 40 year old male. I lift weights but I do mainly cardio. I run 3 to 4 miles 5 days a week. I lift about 3 days a week. I watch what I eat. I make necessary cuts and do not eat anything bad for me when at all possible. It is my mid section that I want to get rid of but it is so stubborn. What can I do to get my weight loss starting up again.? Do I need to be a calorie counter.?Health Question & Answer
